1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will happily provide a replacement or refund.

Here’s how to proceed:

 

Timeframe: Notify us within 30 days of receiving the item.

Proof: Send an email to code20.store@gmail.com with the following details:

Your order number

A description of the issue

Clear photos of the item and packaging showing the issue

Resolution: Once your claim is verified, we will send a replacement or issue a refund.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for:

 

Buyer’s remorse (e.g., change of mind).

Incorrect sizes chosen by the customer.

To ensure proper sizing, please refer to the size charts provided on each product page before ordering.

3. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this timeframe, production begins, and cancellations are no longer possible.

 

4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or design:

 

Place a new order for the correct product.

Contact us about the original item if it qualifies for a return under our damage/defect policy.

5. How Refunds Are Processed

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after it’s processed.

Q: What if my package is lost in transit?
